About

Welcome!

Prior to choosing a Profession in Real Estate I  worked as a para-legal for an Attorney owned department store located in Jersey City,  until relocating to Washington State.    Years later, when I had children of my own  and  upon returning to

New Jersey, I was unable to find suitable daycare for my  children.  I decided to open Children’s Cottage, a small Day care center.

After completing the courses at the local College  in Washington State,  in addition to working hands on in the college day care, it was an easy transition .   I went to Brookdale for the necessary credits and to fulfill the  requirements of the State of NJ.  I was up and running after the approval of the local and state authorities to transform a cottage that  we owned which sat behind our first home here in Asbury Park.

It was one of the most rewarding decisions I  had ever made,  not only for my children,  I also benefited from the gratitude of the parents whose children I loved and devoted myself too.

As they all were around the same age and my youngest was about to embark on  his way to kindergarten I was offered  another position as a para-legal with a local Eatontown firm.  Which I did take and worked for some years.  Until, I decided that I would try Real Estate on a part time basis.  The time came when I was practically working two full time jobs, aside from  being a mother and wife.  I did it,  but I knew I could not do it forever, then I made my decision again,  I could not have made a better one.

I have been very blessed in my life,    I have a wonderful  husband,  children, extended family, friends and a wonderful career.   I am grateful for everyday and always want to go the extra mile to make someone happy. Real Estate, I have found,  is one way that I can do that.  For life has been very good to me.

My loyal clients have shown me over the years their gratitude and appreciation in many ways whether it be a referral or just stopping by my office  to say hello.

Sincerely

Deborah Collins
